PURSUANT TO SB 16 AND LGC 191.010(b): ANY AND ALL INDIVIDUALS PRESENTING DOCUMENTS FOR RECORDING IN THE OFFICIAL PUBLIC RECORDS MUST PRESENT A VALID PHOTO IDENTIFICATION. ALL COUNTY CLERKS SHALL MAKE AND RETAIN A COPY OF THE IDENTICATION. IF VALID IDENTIFICATION IS NOT PRESENTED, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT YOUR DOCUMENT(S) FOR RECORDING.

COUNTY WIDE CLEAN UP BEGINS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 24TH, AND ENDS SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 1ST (EXCLUDES SUNDAY, OCTOBER 26TH).

We will be switching to our new public access portal on Monday, November 3, 2025. This will allow better access to property records and Commissioner Court minutes, and provide for secure online requests for vital records.
